Big Boost For Rice Production As Eco Rice Signs MoU With Chinese Company
Eco Rice Production on the 8th of June 2024, signed an investment Memorandum of Understanding with Jinhua Qunfei Yuxiong Agricultural company from China.
The agreement is for both parties to jointly partner and lead on Inland valley swamp production in Sierra Leone.
This will see the expansion of Eco Rice Production Company's capacity from 500 acres to 50,000 Hectares in 6 years.
Eco Rice Company will also serve as distributor in Sierra Leone for Qunfei Agric machines produced in China.

To further enhance professionalism and skills development, training will be conducted for five staff of Eco Rice every year for the next six years.
