Prof. David Francis Motivates Best Performing BECE & WASSCE Students at Holy Trinity in Kenema

As part of his continued support to education in Sierra Leone, Prof. David Francis, on Friday 30th. January donated a Dell laptop each to the two best performing students in the last BECE & WASSCE at Holy Trinity Secondary School in Kenema (HTSS).

During the awarding ceremony, he expressed how proud he was to have attended the HTSS where he laid the foundation for his academic pursuit. The laptops donation was intended to motivate students of his alma mater to excel well in public exams so that the sky can be their limit.

He expressed gratitude to the teachers and the leadership of the school for their commitment and dedication towards the school.

The Principals of the JSS and SSS recalled Prof. Francis’ many contributions to the school including the first ever internet connectivity, school library and technical workshop.

The leaders expressed that such contributions were remarkable and must be emulated by students when they shall have achieved in life. As a show of appreciation, the students swam around Prof. Francis as one of their distinguished past students
